Refund policy

You may return items that are unworn and unwashed within 30 days of their delivery date for a full refund (buyer pays postage). With exceptions if the following occurs:

  1. Wrong item was received. (If this occurs please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the error, at prettyoldco@gmail.com)
  2. Item was damaged in-transit. (Note: the clothing we sell is not new, some pieces may have imperfections (rips, loose threads, stains, holes, etc.) we do our best to document these conditions on a product-by-product basis, in the product descriptions. Please read product descriptions and review the product pictures before purchasing.)

To be honest we want a 0% return rate, but we are pretty understanding if you reach out to us.

Returns Process for the Buyer

  1. Please contact us at prettyoldco@gmail.com before sending the item(s) back to us.
  2. Re-package the items in a sealed bag (the original packaging is fine so long as it is still usable).
  3. Write your order number on the outside of the package.
  4. Then ship the package to the following address:
