Refund policy
You may return items that are unworn and unwashed within 30 days of their delivery date for a full refund (buyer pays postage). With exceptions if the following occurs:
- Wrong item was received. (If this occurs please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the error, at prettyoldco@gmail.com)
- Item was damaged in-transit. (Note: the clothing we sell is not new, some pieces may have imperfections (rips, loose threads, stains, holes, etc.) we do our best to document these conditions on a product-by-product basis, in the product descriptions. Please read product descriptions and review the product pictures before purchasing.)
To be honest we want a 0% return rate, but we are pretty understanding if you reach out to us.
Returns Process for the Buyer
- Please contact us at prettyoldco@gmail.com before sending the item(s) back to us.
- Re-package the items in a sealed bag (the original packaging is fine so long as it is still usable).
- Write your order number on the outside of the package.
- Then ship the package to the following address:
