1. What if it doesn't fit?

A. Old clothes are often worn-in, what was once tight-fitting may be loose, but this does not need to discourage secondhand fashion consumers. Pretty Old provides a general size guide for; tops, bottoms, hats, footwear, and accessories. However, if you purchase an item from our store and it does not fit you, please contact us at support@prettyoldclothing.com. We love to help our customers find the right size for them, and intended style has a lot to do with fit. If you are looking for oversized denim jackets, remember that real denim stretches overtime, but almost always (in our experience) the jacket length is short.

2. Can I return my purchase?

Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate a return for a refund. The purchased items must be unworn and unwashed to be returned. Please review our returns policy.

3. Are the clothes washed prior to sale?

We do not wash the clothes at Pretty Old headquarters, however depending on the particular item, some of our products will have been washed prior to being sold. This being said, we advise the customer to wash before wearing. This goes for any clothing item, new or old, from a pile or off a rack.
